Lawrence Road Reopened
Lawrence Road has reopened at its intersection with West Chester Pike. The Police and the Township thank everyone for cooperating during this difficult situation.
Reminder: Constituent Meeting
This Week - Wednesday, Oct. 18th
My semi-annual constituent meeting is this Wednesday, October 18 at 7 p.m. at the Commissioners Meeting Room behind the Township building on Darby Road. The meeting, co-sponsored by 3rd Ward Commissioner Kevin McCloskey, is an opportunity for residents to speak directly with Township and Police officials about whatever issues or questions they have. Township and Police officials will be present for the meeting.

My website, the Haverford Township Information Center (www.4haverford.com), continues to be extremely popular, with more than 186,000 visitors since I unveiled the site shortly after I was first elected in 2008. Currently, there are more than 1,800 Township documents available on the site, as well as a wide range of information. I Respect Your Privacy
Recently, residents have tried to communicate with me on Facebook (at times using its Messenger feature) and other social media sites. However, it is not possible for me to monitor all of those sites, nor do they always lend themselves to one-to-one communications. In addition, information on social media is not easily kept confidential. Because of these concerns, I do not use services such as Facebook Messenger and do not receive notifications if anyone tries to communicate with me through the service.

I cannot monitor all Facebook exchanges, but assure you that I respond promptly to every email.
