Owners must be opted into the Accor One Residence Club (property agreement or per owner depending on location), one membership per ownership. The Accor One Residence Club is managed and operated by Accor Residences. Residence owners will maintain Diamond status each year, regardless of travel the previous year. Annual fees apply.
