Decide, make a plan and have the support to stick to it. Accountability is one of the primary reasons to join Keep Moving Mama. Workouts, online, in person, socials, trainer check ins, charity healthy peer pressure and just plan fun.
To further that team benefit we will tackle a 2 month accountability challenge together!
The challenge:
- Commit to at least 3 intentional workouts per week
- Hold yourself & teammates accountable by posting, replying and encouraging thru our private app and when you see each other in person
