  • If you have employees that receive live checks, consider switching them onto direct deposit or a pay card. If direct deposit or a pay card is not an option for you, consider using our remote check print back option to avoid having a delivery of your paychecks.

  • If you are using our Time & Attendance system, you can have employees clock in/out via their Employee Self Service portal (ESS), rather than a physical time clock. If employees are currently clocking in/out via ESS on their work computer, consider updating your IP Address restrictions to allow employees to clock in/out from their home computer.
