Accused as Criminals in South Korea
We stand accused in our own country as criminals, and we do so alongside our North Korean Christian brothers and sisters.

Through your prayers and support you also stand alongside of us and the NK underground church.

Both VOMK and the NK church are counted as criminals because of the Word of God. In fact, the first Korean Christians over 100 years ago were called “Bible Christians.” Isn’t that a great thing to be called!

Warmly in Christ,

Pastor & Dr. Foley

Samaru Madkami, a 16-year-old boy from Kendukuda village, Malkangiri district, Odisha, India, was crushed to death with stones on June 4, 2020. Voice of the Martyrs Korea is reporting that the boy was murdered by radical Hindu nationalists because of his faith in Christ.

How do we do this?

Sending letters to Christians who are imprisoned for their faith is one of the most powerful things you can do to not only remember them, but encourage them as well!

Many NKs hear about God, but through unlikely sources: For example, one of our NK discipleship students learned how to pray to God through an NK movie that portrayed Christians in a bad light. While in prison she was able to actively pray through what she had already learned. Please pray that North Koreans would continue to be exposed to the light of Christ by all means – Bibles, testimonies of other NKs, radio broadcasts and even through unlikely sources like NK movies!

Pray for sick UU students: A few of our North Korean Underground University (missionary training school) students are extremely sick. One of our students just had a liver transplant and another is suffering from ovarian cancer. Please pray for their healing, the comfort of their families, and for God to accomplish his will through these sicknesses.
