I created my small and interactive online Ace the Application workshop to teach students everything they need to know about creating a college application that will help them stand out and improve their admissions odds to the most selective colleges.

And it works!

Over the last few years alone, my Ace the Application participants have been accepted to colleges including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Columbia, Brown, UPenn, Cornell, Duke, Vanderbilt, Johns Hopkins, Rice, UVA, Georgetown and more!

The program also gets students working on all parts of the application now, rather than waiting to start until they're in the midst of tough senior year classes, as too many students do.

I'm proud that over 99% of the hundreds of students who have taken the Ace the Application workshop say they would recommend it to a friend!

I love seeing students in my workshop become confident -- and even excited -- about tackling their applications.

And I love seeing their relief as they create drafts of their personal statement, activity list, honors list, additional information section, and more.

They also leave the workshop understanding how to write compelling "why here" essays, how to find and apply for scholarships, and how to have great college interviews. (Students especially enjoy the workshop's mock interviews with an interview specialist!)

I'll share lots of examples from successful applications to the Ivies, Stanford and other selective colleges.

Plus, new this year: a live Q&A with a former U.Chicago admissions officer, so students can get insider tips about the admissions process!

Also new: a live Q&A for parents immediately following the workshop.

And there's more: the workshop includes a live bonus Q&A session in August so that they students can ask me questions after they've spent more time working on their applications. (Parents are invited too!)

Students will also get a 30-page handout to help guide them throughout the application process.

I can't wait for this one-weekend workshop (two 4-hour sessions) to help your student turn out their best applications this summer.

Please register ASAP to reserve a spot for your student -- the June workshops often sell out before the early registration discount deadline!

Student can't make it to any of the workshops live?

A recording of the sessions will be sent to all registrants.
