With each TIE form submission, you will give yourself and co-worker an opportunity to win a $50 VISA gift card during our periodic TIE drawings.

Examples of why you might want to acknowledge a co-worker:   They worked with you on a project and were a supportive contributor. They did something creative that enhanced a project. They did their job really well or went above and beyond expectations. They are friendly and easy to work with overall. 

How to Acknowledge Co-Workers using Text or Email – 2 steps and You’re Done! STEP 1: Send an email to [email protected] requesting the TIE Acknowledgement Form, or text ADATIE to 844-478-1359. You will receive a response with a link to the form. STEP 2: Fill out the quick and easy form and you are done.

You are encouraged to acknowledge your co-workers today. There is no limit on the number of people for which you can submit a TIE Form. This is a wonderful way to recognize (and be recognized) for all of our hard work, and for demonstrating our core values as a team. Thank you in advance for your participation. One Ada!

Selecting Our TIE Winners  As done with the previous paper process, there will be periodic drawings to select our TIE winners. The employee who was acknowledged AND the employee who submitted the TIE acknowledgement will both receive a $50 VISA gift card. The selection of winners will be done through a virtual process that selects them randomly.
