Clergy Transitions
It is a time of transition within our diocese, and we have a new clergy transition to announce.

The Rev. Elise Johnstone has accepted a call as priest-in-charge of St. John the Baptist, Seattle, and will begin August 8, 2021.

Please join us in welcoming the Rev. Elise Johnstone into her new calling with St. John the Baptist, Seattle, and please keep all congregations experiencing clergy leadership transition in your prayers.
Good News! 2021 Green Grants Available
July 1 Deadline

Once again, the Bishop’s Committee for the Environment (BCE) is offering small matching grants for projects that reduce energy or water use at churches. The BCE will match church spending on these projects up to $750. Over 50% of the BCE budget is used to match church spending on these projects.
Juneteenth Healing Service
June 19, 12:30pm

Join the Black/African-American Circle of Color at Saint Mark’s Cathedral, Seattle for a Juneteenth Healing Service on Saturday, June 19th, from 12:30-1:30pm. The Rev. Carla Robinson and the Black/African-American Circle will lead us in a service of healing and blessing. Snacks will be safely provided after the service.

Offertory donations support the Richard Younge Curates of Color Fund which was established to honor the ministry of the Rev. Richard Younge and to support the ongoing formation of newly ordained people of color in the Diocese of Olympia.
