Field Trips & Transportation
Summer field trips are fun, but safety comes first. Before each trip, inspect all buses and vans for required safety items like seat belts, lights, tires, emergency supplies, and air conditioning.
After every ride, complete visual sweep logs with more than one staff member to make sure no child is left behind. Also, keep signed parent permission forms organized and ready for each off-site trip.
