Greetings!

With only 24 hours notice, the House General Laws Committee posted a hearing notice that includes six bills that would prohibit children from playing on athletic teams or receiving health care based on their gender identity.

The committee hearing is today, Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 4:30 p.m.

If this is an issue that is important to you, please submit written testimony to the Committee or call/email committee members, today!

Protect A Child Right to Play and Access to Critical Health Care
  • Contact the House General Laws Committee and tell them to vote no on HB 170, 183, 337 (Trans athlete bans) and HB 419, 461 and 540 (gender affirming medical care)

These Bills will be heard on Tuesday, January 24 at 4:30 p.m. Testimony must be submitted by 3:30 p.m.
