We hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
We continue to forge ahead to assure we continue to enjoy our sacred freedoms. And, if we don't stop it, we may be losing our right to privacy and our right to make our own medical choices. While we are all recooperating from Christmas and ushering in 2022, our state and local governments are getting ready to make budget decisions that will have grave impacts on our inalienable rights.
Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom!
Are you aware that The Flat Rock Playhouse, the North Carolina State Theater, is requiring vaccine passports accompanied by a photo ID? The NC General Assembly allocates our tax dollars to fund our NC state theater. If they continue to do so, they are funding fascism.
This action by the Flat Rock Playhouse is the hallmark of communist dictatorships, not a 245-year-old constitutional republic like the United States of America. This is not a Right-Left/Republican-Democrat issue.
This is a violation of our civil rights guaranteed to us in The Bill of Rights.
To make matters worse, the Flat Rock City Council and the Henderson County Commissioners also have allocated our tax dollars to the playhouse in the past. Make sure they don't do it in 2022.
The citizens of North Carolina never gave the NC General Assembly, the Flat Rock City Council, or the Henderson County Commissioners the right to tax us to violate our civil rights or to bar us from our theater. Since they have the authority to allocate our tax dollars, they have the authority to withhold them.
January is month that they will be deciding on the 2022 budget.
Make sure the General Assembly, the Flat Rock City Council, and the Henderson County Commissioners hear your voice. Don't fund their fascism!
Freedom. Not Force.

Deliver this message
Dear _________:
Withhold funds to the Flat Rock Playhouse. our NC State Theater, for violating my civil rights, my right to medical privacy, and the rule of law. The Flat Rock Playhouse has no authority to use our tax dollars to fund their fascism. As elected officials, you have a constitutional duty to protect the rights of those whom you represent. Withold our state tax dollars and demand they remove their illegal mandate. Freedom. Not Force. This is a civil rights issue. not Republican-Democrat one.
Whether we take a COVID-19 vaccine or not is no one’s business – not the federal government or the Flat Rock Playhouse.
Sincerely,
(Your full name and address. Phone optional)
