Last week, San Jose City Council approved a new incentive plan to boost downtown office occupancy, offering a two-year business tax exemption and free parking to new tenants. The program, starting January 2025, aims to attract businesses to lease large office spaces, offsetting short-term revenue losses for long-term economic growth. We appreciate the City for taking action to support business and our downtown! | | |
