HB 2401 aims to eliminate state and local sales tax from feminine hygiene products and incontinence supplies, specific items include:

• Tampons, sanitary napkins, menstrual sponges, menstrual cups and similar items used for feminine hygiene
• Disposable diapers and similar disposable items commonly used by individuals for incontinence
