ACTION REQUEST: Put Florida on the Map by Telling Your Afterschool Story

As someone who understands the vital role afterschool and summer programs play in the lives of young people, families, and communities, we want to hear from you!

In as little as 15 minutes, you can help us continue to tell the story of the impact of programs, as well as bring attention to the tools and resources programs need to continue to keep young people feeling inspired, safe, and supported by trusted mentors and staff. Your response to this survey will inform funders, policymakers, and education leaders about the supports afterschool and summer learning programs need, the challenges they face, and what their needs are to better help their children and families.

Don’t miss the chance to make sure that your voice is a part of this important conversation! All those who complete the survey by 11:59 p.m. PT, Monday, December 9, will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win one of 50 gift cards in the amount of $50.
