  • Continuing Education Units - This event has been approved for continuing education units for nurses, social workers, and family physicians (AAFP). Each session will have a sign in sheet to confirm attendance and we will have a table to complete other required documentation on the last day of the event.

  • Attire - This is a business casual event. We recommend attendees dress in layers and/or bring a sweater as both outside and inside temperature can easily fluctuate.

Safety Guidance

Please review the below reminders and updates to help us have a fun and safe event:

  • Vaccination - The best way to protect yourself in the event of exposure to COVID-19 is vaccination. If you have not yet been vaccinated, please do so as soon as possible.

  • COVID-19 Testing - If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or at large gatherings where masking and distancing protocols were not in practice, we encourage you to take an at-home test prior to the event. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the event.

  • Masking - The CDC recommends: "To maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possibility spreading it to others, get vaccinated as soon as you can and wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission." Every guest will be provided a RHA of TN branded mask and we encourage you to bring your own.

  • Distancing - There will be times when maintaining distancing will be difficult, such as the ballroom tables where meals are served and transitioning between sessions. We strongly encourage wearing masks in these situations. To help communicate comfort level in being in proximity and contact with others, each guest will be provided a color-coded wrist band. Red bands indicate a desire to "Greet from 6 feet;" Yellow bands indicate "Elbows only;" and Green indicate "Handshakes and High fives approved."

  • Distancing (NEW) - We will have tables reserved for individuals who choose red wristbands that will have less seats and wish to maintain more distancing while seated.
