CRISP Reporting Services -
MDPCP Year 5 Reports
Dear MDPCP Participant,

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) in partnership with CRISP Reporting Services (CRS) is pleased to announce reports for Year 5 of the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP) will be released on February 10, 2023.

You have been identified as the Point of Contact (POC) for one or multiple new practices in the MDPCP program. In order to gain access to the MDPCP reports, we need you to email MDPCP@crisphealth.org with the following information:

1. If you or another individual at your organization will be serving as the CRS POC for your practice(s).
  •   The CRS POC Responsibilities are listed below for your review.
  •   You can opt to have multiple CRS POCs at one practice.
2.  A signed CRS End User Agreement & a photo ID

Once we have this information, we can provide you access to the MDPCP report and you or another POC access to the CRS credential tool to start adding additional users to view the MCPCP reports.
POC Responsibilities / CRS Credentialing Tool:
All POCs using the CRS Credentialing system are responsible for setting up their own users, as well as deactivating users who should no longer have access to reports (e.g. due to termination of employment, etc). Members of your organization who would like access to the CRS MDPCP Reports will contact you, as the CRS POC, to receive access. The CRISP Support team is available to answer questions from POCs, provide information to users who inquire about reports, and collect/verify documentation required for access to reports containing PHI. The CRISP Support staff will direct users to you as the POC for access to the CRS Reports available to your organization.

Attached is a training slide deck and a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on how to use the tool. Review this material and then reach out with any questions we can help answer.
MDPCP Reports:

CRS hosts a variety of reports on the CRS Portal (reports.crisphealth.org) using data sources such as Case Mix and Medicare Claim and Claim Line Feed (CCLF). The CRS Portal (reports.crisphealth.org) is also where the MDPCP reports are hosted for Practices in the MDPCP Program.

Users can download the report user guide by clicking the 'Help' icon within the MDPCP reporting suite. Section 3.5 of the main user guide contains a link to the training webinar recorded by the CRS team.
