Individual logins and multi-factor authentication available now

We just launched individual logins and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for agencies that use our policy system, natgenagency.com. This will replace your current login credentials based on your agency code. To begin using individual login credentials with MFA, your agency’s administrator will need to access the User Admin portal. 

If you have already set up individual logins, you can disregard this email.

Step 1:

Log in with your Admin credentials

• Log in with your Admin credentials, which is your agency code followed by the letter "A."
• Go to the "Agency Admin" tab, then select "User Admin."
• Search for the Admin's name in the tabs labeled "Agent," "CSR" and "Manager & Owner" then click “Register” for the Admin.
• They will receive an email or text with directions for creating their individual username and password, which they'll use to access natgenagency.com.
• Add any users who need access and remove any who should not have access.

Step 2:

Open the email from natgen.register@ngic.com and click the link - This is a unique link and cannot be shared.

Step 3:

Create admin login credentials - Follow the steps outlined in the email from natgen.register@ngic.com to create login credentials for your admin account.

Step 4 (IMPORTANT!):

Initiate registration for other users

Repeat the process for every person listed on the "Agent," "CSR" and "Manager & Owner" tabs. Each user will need to follow the instructions in the registration email from natgen.register@ngic.com.

For comparative rater users

Your NatGen credentials will not change for comparative raters, so no additional action will be required to continue seeing our rates on your comparative rater.

Your new login credentials will be used after bridging to our system, natgenagency.com.

Your NatGen “Agency Code” will continue to be utilized as the primary identifier for your agency when you contact customer service.
