Attention Project Managers and UKG Pro Consultants
This is a requirement for ALL customers in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Beginning September 2022 All net new Pro customers sold will be implemented in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Those sold prior to September 2022 have been implemented in Private Cloud with a Pro instance. UKG will be merging the two environments into 1.
Company Access Code (CAC), will be leveraged by all customers in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as part of their vanity URL for UKG Pro, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Customers will be unable to access their environment until the CAC is defined as it is required for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
