NEW to your 2023 renewal: Have your properties billed directly for their dues!

We will process separate invoices for each property under your management company if you choose this option. The management company will still receive an invoice for the base fee portion of the membership. Each property will be billed $40 for this service and is only available if all properties in a management company participate. 

To have your properties billed directly, please email Lisa Sedgwick before October 31, 2022.

*This option is not available for prorated dues.
