) VFC vaccine inventory/ordering, and (

Below are three steps that your practice needs to take to be ready for the new 2017 mandate. Practices that do not meet these action steps by December 31, 2016 may be suspended.
1.
Have Active ImmuNet Access (for vaccine inventory/ordering)
- If your practice already has at least one ImmuNet active user, then you have accomplished this Action Step.
- If your office does not have any ImmuNet active user or if you need to enroll additional users, please click here to enroll.
2. Know How Your Practice Will Report Doses Administered to ImmuNet
- If your practice is already reporting administered doses to ImmuNet then you have accomplished this Action Step.
- If your practice is not reporting to ImmuNet then you should begin the process now because it can take several MONTHS to complete:
i.
If you have an EHR/EMR
, contact your EHR/EMR vendor to help you begin the process.

If you do not have an EHR/EMR and would like some

get one, check your eligibility at the CMS incentive program site by clicking

3. Complete ImmuNet Training
- VFC providers are required to complete Part One (Basic Features) and Part Two (Advanced Features) of the ImmuNet training before 2017.
