 Action item: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) steps to take before Monday

Dear NVC Students:

We are initiating a campus-wide security upgrade of Multi-Factor Authentication to add a second layer of protection to prove your identity and keep your data safe when logging in to your Microsoft Office 365 account and Self-Service applications.

 

What this means for you:



We’re asking you to validate your NVC student email and phone number (home or office phone/ mobile phone) and choose an authentication method for the second layer of security when using NVC apps (Self-Service, Microsoft Office 365, SSO, etc.) before Monday, March 11, 2024. After March 11, you will not be able to access Self Service or to use systems on campus if the authentication process has not been completed.

 

This is a one-time setup; once you register, your authentication methods will be verified.
