Our new payment portal is here!

Dear Customer,

It looks like you haven’t yet set up your recurring payment (“Autopay”) details on Aqua’s new payment portal, powered by PayNearMe. Just a friendly reminder that the previous payment system through Billtrust will be decommissioned on March 31, 2023, so action is needed if you want to continue your Autopay option.

Act Now: To keep your Autopay on track, you will need to...

1. If you have Autopay currently set up, log in to the previous payment system, Billtrust, and turn off the Autopay option. If you don’t turn off Autopay through Billtrust, your monthly payment could be processed more than once.

2. Register your account with PayNearMe. You will need your existing 9-digit numeric account number. If you need help with your account number, please reach out to us at the contact information below and we’d be happy to help.

3. Choose your statement preferences with PayNearMe. You will begin receiving your statements from PayNearMe once Billtrust is decommissioned.

4. Set up your PayNearMe login by entering your email or mobile number and choosing a new password.

5. Gather your banking information and set your Autopay preferences after registering with PayNearMe.
