Did you see the February 14th email about Heartland Bank's new & improved Online Banking system launching on March 11th? Just in case you missed it, here's a link to review the important information and action items required by customers to log in to the new system. Today's email covers important dates and action items specific to our business/commercial customers.

Important Dates
  • March 3-11 - The Bill Pay system will be unavailable during these dates due to data navigation and conversion maintenance . Please keep in mind, however, that you may preschedule any bill that needs to be paid between those dates prior to 11:59 p.m. on March 3 and the payment will process as scheduled.
  • March 8-11 - The Heartland Bank mobile app will be unavailable from March 8th at 3:00 a.m. until the new system launches on March 11th due to data navigation and conversion maintenance.
  • March 9-10 - From 12:00 p.m. (noon) on March 9th through 8:00 a.m on March 11th, Online Banking will be set to 'view only' to prepare for the conversion. Please preschedule any account transfers prior to March 9th.
  • March 11 - Access the new Online Banking platform by logging in to Heartland.Bank after 8:00 a.m.
Impact on Daily Transactions
General Information
  • As stated above in the Important Dates section, beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on March 9th, until 8:00 am on March 11th, the Online Banking system will be placed into a 'View Only' mode.
  • All user access rights, limits, history and payment information will transition to the new Online Banking system. This will also include any transactions that are set up to reoccur.
  • At first login, you will be required to enter a Secure Access Code that you will receive immediately via your choice of email, phone call or text message. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.
  • Customers will NOT have access to schedule Cash Management transactions for ACH, payroll or wires during the planned March 9-10 'view only' conversion period. You can, however, preschedule those account transactions to process on March 9th and 10th, as long as they are prescheduled before March 9th at noon.
  • ACH payments scheduled prior to March 9th will not be impacted by the conversion.
  • The look and feel of the screens in Online Banking will change, but will follow the same workflow process as today with regard to submitting payroll, batch processing and importing.
  • All ACH contacts will transfer from the old system to the new system.
  • Customers will NOT be able to initiate wire transfers from Online Banking beginning at 12:00 noon on March 9th and through 8:00 a.m. on March 11th.
  • As an alternative, you may initiate a wire at your nearest Heartland Bank branch on those days.
  • If you need to transfer funds between your accounts during the March 9th and March 10th 'view only' period, please contact your nearest Heartland Bank branch for assistance.
  • You can preschedule account transfers to process on March 9th and 10th, as long as they are scheduled before March 9th at 12:00 noon. All prescheduled transfers will still occur.
Quicken/Quickbooks Users
  • Action will be required to reestablish these connections on/or after March 11
