Hermitage in conjunction with CLUB View have been working diligently in the background to create a new website that members and visitors can access to check for updates and reserve tee times.
Ahead of the roll out we advise members that they will need a new
HowdDidiDo Passport account to log into our Members Section.
Please note that when this upgrade takes place
your previous log-in details for the members' website will stop working
, so please take a moment to read the rest of this email, as it contains important information about what you will need to do to make sure you can log in using the new system.
The new Passport log-in means you will only have to log in once to get access to the members' website, your account on HowDidiDo.com and personal details such as your till transactions.
Step 1 - make sure you have a Passport account
If you have logged in to
HowDidiDo.com
you already have a Passport account. Simply use the same email address and password you do for HowDidiDo when you are asked to log in with Passport.
Step 2 - check that your Passport log-in works
Once you have completed Step 1 you should double-check that you can successfully log-in to your Passport account. To do this go to the main Passport website at
passport.howdidido.com
and choose the "Log In" link from the menu at the top right of the page. (If you see "Account", rather than "Log In", in the menu then you are already logged in, so you will first need to choose "Logout" from under the "Account" menu.)
If you find that your email and password do not work you can use the 'password reset' option on the Passport website. If you still cannot log in then please contact the club office for help.
Step 3 - logging in for the first time
The first time you use your Passport account to access the members' website you will need to enter a 'verification code'. This will be sent to you by email when the new log-in system is switched on.
Once our members' website starts using the new log-in system it will be only accessible to members with a working Passport log-in, so we strongly recommend members complete steps 1 and 2 as soon as possible.
