Gain Vital Business Intelligence and a Competitive Edge with the Confer Analytics Platform

What would you do as the director of a home-centered care practice if you needed supply-and-demand analysis, help identifying assisted living facilities, and intel on home-based medical care billing patterns in your area?

You have two choices: you can work to gather that intelligence yourself—but that will take a lot of time and money, possibly over $200K—or use the Confer Analytics™ platform and get the information today at a fraction of the cost. We make it easy by offering you the chance to activate a free 14-day trial so you can see for yourself how data analysis and insights can take your practice to the next level.

Help HCCI Change Lives through House Calls

Over 5.9 million homebound and home-limited medically-complex patients in the U.S. cannot access the primary healthcare they need. HCCI exists to address that need through education, consulting, advocacy, and research for home-based primary care. We help onboard, train, and develop every member of the house call team to bring quality care — in the home — to the people who need it most.

As a national nonprofit, we depend upon philanthropy and the support of advocates like you to carry out our mission. Your support enables HCCI to better serve our community of home-based primary care providers, advocates, and other key stakeholders – leading to life-changing access to care for patients.

This June, we will launch a special fundraising campaign: Life-Changing Care at Home. Stay tuned for stories on how home-based primary care changes lives for both patients and caregivers, updates on our programmatic initiatives for 2023, and ways you can join the movement.

You don't have to wait to get involved! Support HCCI today in our mission in one or more of the following ways:

  • Make a gift.
  • Follow our social media pages and share our newsletter.
  • Help us spread awareness of the importance and value of house calls by sharing these resources.
