One of the final steps to becoming a John Jay Bloodhound is to activate your John Jay Email.
If you are a New Freshman or Transfer Student you must reset your password before you use your John Jay Email Account for the first time.
Please go to:
http://reset.jjay.cuny.edu/
to retrieve your login information and to set a password for your account.
Your Username will consist of the firstname.lastname, i.e.
jane.doe@jjay.cuny.edu
