While planning programs and events, it is more important than ever to understand the needs and wants of the Chesterfield County 50+ community. So, you want to or have to travel solo but you are not quite sure where to start? Do you wonder where to get the best deals, how to join a group or have other questions? Learn from others as we explore traveling as a Solo.

Explore topics such as safety concerns and challenges, issues with COVID testing and vaccines, and required documents.

Advance planning for trips is key. Learn what to pack, what to wear, and best
destinations for solo travelers.

travel.

Tai Chi and Qigong at Bensley Recreation Center

The pleasing and gentile moves in Tai Chi and Qigong are very therapeutic, relaxing and energizing. Improve your balance, flexibility, stress reduction, auto immune system, and general sense of well-being. The Sun Style forms are based on Dr. Paul Lamb’s, Tai Chi for Arthritis and instructed by Jack Fuller who has 20+ years of experience teaching Tai Chi. A livestream will be offered for those who would like to take the class at home. Please provide an email address when registering.
