As part of the Active Transportation Study in Point Edward, traffic counters have been deployed at various locations through the Village. The counters are installed in the driving lane and are safe to drive over. Please do not attempt to remove the counters as they are collecting traffic data for the study.

Cameras will also be installed at certain intersections to obtain turning movement counts. The cameras will not collect any personal information and will be removed once the required data has been collected. The videos are deleted once the traffic data is extracted and the project is complete.
