As children grow and develop, each new developmental stage presents different risk factors that you need to consider as you supervise them.
Take training to improve your supervision
Watching, protecting and interacting with children varies according to the specific needs of each child, each activity and the hazards in the environment. The 2-hour Child Care Aware® of North Dakota Supervision e-Learning course will help you learn more about active supervision and what you can do to keep children safe.
