Are you on track to meet your facility's VR QIA goal?
In May, your facility received updated National Data on your progress to meeting the QIA goals for patient Screening, VR/EN Referral and VR/EN Utilization. Remember: Utilization is just having the patient schedule an Orientation Session/Phone Call with a VR Office, Independent Living Center or and EN office.
(Hint: a teleconference counts with a web based EN counts!)
If you are NOT trending to goal, it is time to review your facility's ROOT Cause Analysis (RCA) and make rapid cycle improvements to improve your QIA rates. Feel free to schedule a call/webex/in person site visit with us to discuss how your facility can work to achieve CMS set goals. If you would like team coaching from Network staff, you can request via e-mail to [email protected]
