Free! Join us for Communities In Schools’s UN-Stuff the Bus Block Party at Mt. Tahoma High School. The Block Party will include FREE Backpacks filled with school supplies, student haircuts, food, music, community resources, and more.
(Age 14-17) Grit City Gherkins will be hosting three youth and teen clinics this August! Clinics are aimed at beginner to intermediate players and will focus on fundamentals, drills, and shot consistency.
(Age 8+) The farmers market is the best place to find fresh and local ingredients, so we'll explore a variety of fresh finds from the market to cook in our class.

(21+) We are taking the maker movement back in time! Join us this summer for an evening of “make and take” 19th century crafts. This is a chance to try your hand at tinsmithing, tatting, leatherwork, games and more!
Free! When school’s out, parks are in! Our Playground and Lunch Program provides free lunch to all youth under 18 years of age Monday-Friday. In addition, activities and games are led by staff at all sites from 10 am-3 pm.
