Ms. FitzPatrick's keynote address is entitled "Boosting Occupancy and Staff Retention Through Generational Collaboration." To make her presentation as relevant to our members as possible, we ask that you complete a short survey. To take the survey, Click Here by April 30.

SB128 & KSLA's Providing Choice Publication
The Assisted Living Bill, SB128, did not pass the House on Thursday, March 28, which means that we're still operating on the statute that has been in place. This means no new definitions, biennial reviews instead of annual reviews, and DAIL does not have injunctive relief.

Our "Providing Choice" publication is still viable as a marketing tool for our AL members. To place an order, Click Here and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Thanks for all your hard work on SB128.
