There are two options to contribute. The Colorado Gives Day option also lets you schedule it and/or make a recurring gift.

If you're confused on the Ethics cycle, it is easier than you may think. All Realtors® are on the same 3-year cycle with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The current cycle is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. Ethics is a requirement of NAR for Realtors® and Appraisers.

It is not a requirement of the Division of Real Estate and is separate from your license cycle as a Broker - although you can apply credits from your Ethics classes to your education requirement as a Broker.

2024 MEMBER DUES

Please don't forget to pay 2024 dues for the Vail Board of REALTORS®. Invoices were emailed around November 15.

Payment is due by Sunday, December 31st.

The Vail Board of REALTORS® does not have a dues increase. However, you will see increases with state and national dues. Click below for more details.
