Upgraded RMLS Mobile App:

Add or Edit Listings on the Go

We’re excited to announce a big, new upgrade to the RMLS Mobile app. You can now add or edit listings from your phone while in the field.

Instead of having to return to the office to update listing information, now you can do it on the spot wherever you are. The ability to add new listings or edit existing ones on the go provides flexibility and functionality when you need it most.

For example, direct from your phone, you can now:

• Change a listing status (required within a 24-hour period)
• Add Open Houses and Broker Tours
• Update the listing’s expiration date or price

Available for both iOS and Android, the upgraded RMLS Mobile app can be downloaded from the Google Play store or the Apple App store.

After downloading, choose the menu option on the top left and select Listing Load (under Back Office) to access the new add or edit functions.

UPDATE: Last week we noted that, despite the usual historical data not being available from SentriLock, we were able to offer a chart that had the best available data combined from both Oregon and Washington. This week, we were able to separate out the data from each state. 

The charts below reflect the most accurate lockbox data available to RMLS, though, due to changes in the ways that SentriLock is processing data, these figures may not perfectly align with the data that was represented in charts before the change in data processing.
