Passing the Blues Torch!
Welcome to new Managing Director, Glenn Smith.
Outgoing Office Manager Hüma Üster is moving from Blues To Ballet (that's a leap!). We thank Hüma for her great work and dedication at the TBS!

Hüma says, "I feel so fortunate to be able to work with the Toronto Blues Society for the past 4 years. TBS was my first gig in Toronto and it will always be close to my heart. I'm grateful for all the things I learned along the years and the trust I have received from the TBS Board. I was immediately and wholeheartedly welcomed by the Blues community which, as a newcomer, still means a lot today. I sincerely thank everyone for their support and likewise, hope that I contributed positively to the community. I wish Glenn Smith good luck in his new position as I'm sure he will be a great asset for this organization! Meanwhile, I will look forward to seeing most of you when in person events resume!"

Incoming to the job is veteran organizer & advocate Glenn Smith who has a background from the other end of the education spectrum, teaching marketing part time at McMaster. We welcome Glenn to help us prepare for the “post covid” era!
