Platinum Service Award Winners Angela Hansberry and Tiffany DiCerbo Set Their Sights on Growth for the Greater Good

Behind every successful practice is a support team working tirelessly to deliver exceptional service to both the advisor and the client. These unsung heroes are being recognized for a second year by MassMutual in the form of its Platinum Service Award program.

We're incredibly proud that two more of our associates were recognized in 2023:

Angela Hansberry, Nominated by Bailey Shafer, Jessica Holloway, and Jason Cutler

"The lengths [Angela] has gone to expand her knowledge base to add value for our clients is exceptional."

Whether it's her own professional development or creating efficiencies in the practice, Angela always has her eye on turning good into great. Her brilliance at anticipating the needs of others is matched only by her own ambition: In the past two years alone, she completed her Chartered Special Needs Consultant designation and spearheaded a fee-based planning renewal process that resulted in 110 fee-based plans over the course of 2023.

Congratulations, Angela!

Tiffany DiCerbo, Nominated by Peter Hall

"Tiff shows up each day with smile and positive attitude. We are blessed to have her on our team."

Tiffany is the glue who holds it all together for the Financial Guide Solutions Team at Charter Oak. Over the eight years she's been with FGS, she's mastered all of the platforms needed to keep the practice running smoothly from an operations perspective, but her real value lies in her ability to build meaningful relationships with clients new and old.

Congratulations, Tiffany!

About the Platinum Service Award

The Platinum Service Award was introduced in 2022 to honor the unsung heroes who support advisors and provide significant value to their firm and practice. Each year general agents, advisors, and peers submit nominations describing the many ways nominees go above and beyond on a regular basis. We hear numerous stories of impressive leadership, often resulting in the implementation of new processes to improve efficiencies and generate revenue.

The nomination period is normally in the last quarter of the year and is communicated in numerous ways including our national calls, our monthly newsletter, FieldNet articles, in Teams channels, etc. The best way to ensure that you do not miss out is to join the Sales Assistant’s Community in Teams & Email Distribution List. Winners are typically announced in Q1 of the following year via the same communication methods.
