Custom Inventory Item lookup has been enhanced to include a small image of the item selected in the lookup grid

A new "inactive" field has been added to the Inventory Item, Customer, Vendor, and GL Account master tables. Query to show all or only active items.

The SpeedSearch functionality from legacy Addon has been brought over into Expresso, thanks to the ability inherited from Barista to launch custom queries

Adds "Detail Grid on Tab" support to Form Designer and the standard maintenance form

New button in Barista's MDI toolbar makes it faster to switch to a different company. Also appears as new item on the File menu, and can also be done via a keyboard combination (Ctrl-Shift-C for Windows).

Enhanced the Firms table to include the name of an MDI background image, and its display location. Builds upon a BBj enhancement to allow changing the MDI background image when Firms change.
