Remote Support for Your Building
Allow our technology to assist you in times of need. With Hunton SMART Services, we can remotely access your BAS system and provide troubleshooting and possibly repair your issues without having dispatch a technician. If you have any type of remote access to your BAS system like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, GoToMyPc (we can setup a one-time GoToMeeting), etc., we can support your BAS needs and provide informed dispatch for your mechanical needs. This will decrease the onsite time needed to troubleshoot any issues and may allow the technician to arrive with all the parts that are needed. We may also be able to walk you through getting your system online faster or other modifications that may help until a technician can get onsite. Our Hunton SMART Services center is staffed during normal business hours but after-hours support can be fulfilled by our on-call BAS technicians.
