Summer Quarterly News Update

Admin Division members,

Greetings, the start of the 2023–24 school year is upon us and I trust everyone has been extremely busy focusing on staffing, resources, and ensuring your respective buildings are ready to welcome students for another great year of CTE experiences!

With a new school year comes shiny hallways, great optimism, and palpable energy from students and staff!  That same growth mindset we want in our students and staff, also applies to each of us as administrators. Your ACTE organization provides a number of opportunities for professional development including the Best Practices & Innovations Conference (Salt Lake City, Utah - September 27 – 29), which is specifically for CTE Administrators, and CareerTech VISION (Phoenix, Arizona – November 29 – December 2) among many others outlined in this newsletter. I encourage you to take advantage of all of the terrific resources provided by ACTE and division affiliate partners NCLA and CTEEC for your own professional growth and strengthening of your respective CTE programs.

On behalf of your Administration Division Policy Committee and Division Leadership Fellows, best wishes on the start of a successful school year, and thank you for your membership within ACTE!
