SUBJECT: Administrative Closings

Due to inclement weather, the University delayed its opening to Noon on both Tuesday, January 16, and Friday, January 19. The Office of Pay Services is required to ensure the correct Time Reported Codes (TRCs) are used appropriately for the recent delayed openings.

As a friendly reminder, the Office of Human Resources requests all eligible non-essential employees to use the following TRCs codes based on your assigned pay group listed in the attached chart.
