SA Junior Civitans Inspire Change
SA's upper and middle school Junior Civitans forged a network of connections with fellow members from across North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee at the recent Region 3 Convention. Engaging in service projects and hearing from Junior Civitan student officers, students discovered innovative ways to deepen their commitment to civic responsibility and leadership.
Experiences like these not only strengthen our community but also align with Salisbury Academy’s mission to prepare passionate leaders. Together, we can inspire change and cultivate a culture of stewardship and active participation!

JK Students Hold Healthy Body Olympics
JK students recently celebrated their growth and gross motor skill development accomplishments in their Healthy Body Olympics! Throughout the school year, the class has introduced exercises and activities designed to develop their gross motor skills. These skills represent body control, endurance, motor planning, eye-hand coordination, core strength, and self-regulation - all skills that are foundational to the body-mind connection that is linked to academic success! Students have mastered many of these skills and will continue exercising and getting stronger. We are so proud of their growth!

Sixth Grade Brings Study of Shakespeare to Life
Will Brutus be declared innocent, acting for the good of Rome, or guilty of cold-blooded murder? The fate of Brutus lies in the hands of the sixth-grade jurors.
As the class concludes their reading of Shakespeare’s The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, students are stepping into the roles of lawyers, jurors, and witnesses in a dramatic trial. Through this engaging exercise, they are honing their persuasion and presentation skills, drawing on evidence from their in-depth research of the play.
