We hope this email finds you well! Saint Agnes School is now enrolling for the upcoming school year!

We look forward to partnering with you to develop your child spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.



The admissions process includes a few quick steps:

1) Schedule a Tour of Saint Agnes School!

2) Students entering Kindergarten must be assessed prior to acceptance.

3) Students entering Grades 1 to 8 must schedule a Shadow Day and will be assessed during this visit.

4) Students entering PreK 2.5, PreK 3 and PreK 4 do not need to be assessed but must be fully potty trained in order to attend Saint Agnes School!

5) Schedule your registration appointment and bring your completed New Student Forms along with you to your registration appointment.

6) Apply for Tuition Assistance - we encourage all families to apply for tuition assistance!

Steps 2 & 3 - Schedule your child's Kindergarten assessment/shadow day

Kindergarten Assessments


Children 5 years of age on or before September 1st are welcome to apply for our Kindergarten Program. Students entering Kindergarten are required to take part in our Kindergarten Assessment. Please contact Mrs. Nevins at jnevins@saintagnesschoolwc.org to schedule your child's Kindergarten Assessment

Shadow Day


Students entering Grades 1 to 7 are asked to attend our upcoming Shadow Day on March 14th from 8am to 2pm. We ask that children wear comfortable clothing (no leggings or shorts) and sneakers. Please pack a morning snack, water bottle and lunch for your child. Students will "shadow" another student in his/her current grade throughout the day. In addition, children will be assessed in English Language Arts as well as Math during their visit.

Step 4 - New Student Forms


At this time, we would like to welcome our PreK 2.5, PreK 3, and PreK 4 families who have toured the school to apply to Saint Agnes School! We are excited to have your child/ren join us for the 2024-2025 school year! We ask that you complete the Enrollment Forms found below and to schedule your registration appointment below.


Students entering Kindergarten who have toured and who have already been assessed may also move forward with the enrollment process by completing the Enrollment Forms and scheduling your registration appointment below.

New Student Forms


Please complete the following forms and bring them to your registration appointment along with a copy of your child's birth certificate and baptismal certificate.

Step 5 - Registration Appointment


Registration Appointments will take place with our Principal, Sister Maureen Donati, IHM on February 26th as well as March 25th. To schedule your registration appointment, please visit HERE


Please bring the following to your Registration Appointment:

  • Completed New Student Forms (see above)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Health Appraisal
  • Dental Form
  • Check made payable to Saint Agnes School for New Student Fee of $275.00 which is due for each new student and is non-refundable.

Step 6 - Tuition Assistance


We wanted to remind you that tuition assistance is available for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.


Any family who would like to be considered for tuition assistance needs to apply for tuition assistance through FACTS Grant and Aid. If there is no application submitted through the Facts Grant and Aid system, no monetary assistance can be considered for your family during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

Tuition Assistance Application Information for 2024-2025


Aid for the 2024-2025 school year will be processed by FACTS Grant and Aid. The application is now open!


All need-based awards will be contingent on reception of the most recent tax return.


Income guidelines for EITC/OSTC programs are as follows:

  • One dependent: $127,532
  • Two dependents: $146,620
  • Three dependents: $165,708
  • Four dependents: $184,796
