VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSION - OCTOBER 20 at 6:00 PM
Join our Headmaster and Director of Admissions as we share with prospective families the details of our upcoming admissions season, virtual visit opportunities, and important application details - everything you need to know to set you on your way to becoming a Saint John's Pioneer!

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar via Zoom.
2020-2021 APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE NOW
Applications for the 2021-2022 school year at Saint John's High School are now being accepted. Saint John's uses the online platform Ravenna to manage the application process and collect all required forms and inquiries. Create a Ravenna account and indicate you are interested in exploring and/or applying to Saint John's in order to receive important news and announcements from the Admissions Office.
Below are the deadlines to apply for the 2020-2021 school year. Click on the appropriate grade level for a step-by-step tutorial to help guide you through the application process.

GRADE 9 ADMISSION TEST (HSPT)
Saint John's utilizes the High School Placement Test (HSPT) to help guide decisions for initial 9th-grade level placement in addition to admission eligibility. This exam is required for students seeking 9th-grade admission in the fall of 2021.

The Grade 9 Admission Test will be administered online and proctored remotely on the following dates and times:

  • Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 8:30 AM (online)
  • Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 8:30 AM (online)
Please register your student for ONE of the dates in Ravenna and pay the $35 testing fee. Click on the link below for detailed instructions on how to register for the test. 


More details regarding the test will be shared with registered families closer to their scheduled testing date. If your student takes the HSPT elsewhere, please request that a copy of the score report be sent to the Admissions Office at Saint John's High School. 
GRADE 8 ADMISSION TEST
The Grade 8 Admission Test is a requirement for current 7th-grade students seeking 8th-grade admission to the Middle School Division of Saint John's in the fall of 2021. There is limited space available for students seeking admission to grade 8. The Admissions Office will contact grade 8 applicants in early November to schedule a date and time for them to take the admission test at Saint John's. Please note there is a $35 testing fee.
GRADE 7 ADMISSION TEST
The Grade 7 Admission Test is a requirement for current 6th-grade students seeking 7th-grade admission to the Middle School Division of Saint John's in the fall of 2021.

The test will be administered in-person at Saint John's High School observing all safety guidelines on the following dates and times: 

  • Saturday, November 21, 2020, at 8:30 AM (on-campus)
  • Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 8:30 AM (on-campus)
Please register your student for ONE of the dates in Ravenna and pay the $35 testing fee. Click on the link below for detailed instructions on how to register for the test.

VIRTUAL VISIT OPPORTUNITIES
Due to restrictions relating to COVID-19, campus visits will be very limited during the 2020-2021 school year. Admission related events such as information sessions, tours, and interviews will all be offered virtually. A virtual tour of our campus is coming soon, check our website for updated information. In the meantime, be sure to register for the Virtual Information Session on October 20 at 6:00 PM and click here to view footage from our 2019 Open House.
TUITION & FINANCIAL AID
As a school, we are committed to providing our students with the highest quality education at the lowest possible cost. We strive to make Saint John’s affordable by maintaining low base tuition and providing support to help supplement the cost of tuition. High school tuition & fees for the 2020-2021 academic year is $16,170. Middle school tuition & fees for the 2020-2021 academic year is $15,200.

Financial aid applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be available in FACTS Management beginning November 1, 2020. Please note the application for financial aid is separate from the application for admission. Below are the deadlines to apply for financial aid for the 2021-2022 school year:

  • New High School Students - December 15, 2020
  • New Middle School Students - January 15, 2021
  • New High School Transfer Students - April 1, 2021
The Financial Aid Committee will consider applications submitted after the appropriate due dates, but as funds are limited, it is advised that you apply as soon as possible. Award notifications for our new students will be included in their Admission Decision Packet.
