Adult Swim Stroke Clinics

The Y's Stroke Clinic Sessions cover fundamental principles of swimming techniques, starts, and turns with additional instruction and input from professional coaches. Participants will learn effective Freestyle mechanics such as body position, rotation, propulsive kicking, the catch, and timing.

Adults should have proficiency in swimming Freestyle with a capacity to swim at least 300-500 yards.

Saturday, Apr 20 and Saturday, Apr 27 from 8:00am-9:00am.

Schedule Changes & Holiday Hours

Wednesday, March 27

Park Street's Gym will close at 10:45am for the Celebration of the Seneca Falls Convention event. The gym will reopen at 3:00pm for regularly scheduled programming.

Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30

Park Street is open during regular hours.
There are no group swim, sports, or enrichment classes scheduled. Fees were prorated at the time of registration.
Geyer Family Y is CLOSED.
Dolphins Swim practice and private swim lessons will continue as scheduled.

Sunday, March 31

Park Street and Geyer Family Ys are CLOSED in observance of Easter.
