This CLE training will cover advance healthcare directives such as healthcare proxies and living wills, and powers of attorney for personal and financial affairs. This training will also cover the upcoming changes to the New York State Power of Attorney Law set to take effect in June 13, 2021.

1 CLE credit available. Appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
