Career Enhancement and Development
|
|
My year as the chairperson of the Credentialing Council Chairman is coming to a close and I am proud of the progress we have made in many areas. One of the things that I am most proud of is giving members a way to grow in their career with Dynamics. We created a 'three dimensional' program to demonstrate and measure increasing knowledge, skills and experience. It's not just a few exams but includes applicable experience and outside credentials.
The next step in this career progression model is the first ever Advanced Credentialed Professional designation. This combines competencies in multiple disciplines. Next year we will introduce the Master of Dynamics certification. When you earn a Master of Dynamics it will mean that you are indisputably a leader in your profession.
It’s been an honor to work with such talented and committed individuals. We are making the community and ourselves stronger. When the time comes, I will be proud to hand over the torch, knowing we started something powerful, something every Dynamics professional can be proud of.
- Belinda Allen, DynamicsPro Credentialing Council Chair, 2016
