Awards season is always such an exciting time! It's our chance to celebrate the amazing success and achievements within the ERA-affiliated network.

Every year, we shine a spotlight on the best of Team ERA through the ERA^® Circle of Success Awards Program. This program features three special categories: Leaders' Circle, Circle of Achievement, and Circle of Honor.

Mark your calendars for Monday, February 3! That's when we'll be sending out the ERA^® Circle of Success Awards designation emails for Sales Associates, Selling Brokers, Sales Associate Teams, and Selling Broker Teams.

Leaders’ Circle and Circle of Achievement

The Leaders’ Circle and Circle of Achievement level emails will be sent from our awards vendor, OC Tanner (awardcenter@octanner.com).

These emails will be sent directly to the recipient's business email address that is listed in dash.

For these levels of Circle of Success, recipients* will have the option to select either a trophy or another item. In the awards notification, recipients will also be directed to Leverage where they can find their digital awards certificate, assets and logos on the Awards Winners page.

*For teams, only the team representative will receive the Leaders’ Circle & Circle of Achievement email.

Circle of Honor

The Circle of Honor emails will be sent from ERA Awards (awards@teamera.com).

These emails will be sent directly to the recipient's business email address that is listed in dash.



This level of Circle of Honor does NOT have a trophy, but email recipients* will be automatically directed to Leverage where they can find their digital awards certificate, assets and logos on the Awards Winners page.

*For teams, ALL team members will receive the Circle of Honor emails.

The 2024 awards certificates are populated on agents' Leverage accounts on the Award Winners page based on their 2024 eligible awards production earned. However, if you'd like to personally present an awards certificate to your winning agents, individuals with non-sales roles in dash will now have the ability to download all of the prepopulated award certificates of their company's agents from the Award Winners page.

Top 25 Rankings & Top 1%

Lastly, we wanted to make you aware that the 2024 Top 25 rankings are now available on the Award Winners page on Leverage.

Once again, we will be recognizing our Top 1% of producing companies, individuals and teams. Please click here to reveal ERA's Top 1% for 2024. Communications will be sent out tomorrow, Thursday, January 23 to the Top 1% in ERA for 2024, highlighting exclusive perks they will be eligible for at Fuel 2025. The Top 1% will include companies, individuals and teams based on production in units and/or volume.
