Advanced Sales Training on How to Sell to Commercial Markets

Join SAP&DC and John Moore, founder of Moore Power Sales, for an interactive workshop for companies and sales teams facing unique challenges when selling into large enterprises and commercial accounts. This workshop is vital for those who usually sell to government agencies, sub-primes, DoD, large corporations and more!

Child Care Discussion Results

JARI and The Learning Lamp hosted a round table discussion on the topic of child care and the impact on absenteeism and productivity. The session was held at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College’s Richland Campus on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Thirty people attended, including employers, child care providers, social services agencies and workforce professionals. Also, remarks were provided by Ryan Riley, executive director for the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission. The event focused on addressing child care needs across the region for working parents who may be facing challenges.

Next steps identified include raising awareness of the issue, hosting a round table to discuss the transportation issues and meeting with legislators and related agencies on the subject.

The Essentials of Special Needs Planning Seminar

Do you or someone you know have a loved one with special needs? Have you ever thought about how to strategically plan financially, so that both yours and their lives are as comfortable as possible? Join Ethan Stewart CFP® of Centennial Financial Group LLC and Attorney Lauren Presser of The Ayres Law Firm for the presentation The Essentials of Special Needs Planning. The program will start at 6 pm on May 1st and will be held in the conference room at 814 Worx (647 Main St. Suite 110, Johnstown PA 15901).

This seminar will include financial planning strategies available to families with dependent loved ones who may be disabled or have special needs. The presenters will go into other funding besides social security, ABLE accounts; special needs trusts, and much more.
