Join us this Advent as we celebrate the wonder of Christmas! We will be focusing on the

wonders of God’s Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love. Invite your family and friends to join us as we

marvel at the wonder of our Savior’s birth!

We often hear Christmas is the "happiest time of the year," but that isn't always the case. Kate Bowler offers an advent devotional, The Season of Waiting for uncertain times like these.

From The Season of Waiting: "After another year has probably not turned out like you expected it would (it never does), we see the world as it has always been—a world who waits for its Savior to come again and put things right. Advent is a chance for us to wait for the kingdom of God to break in together."

This year's Christmas Concert will usher in the Christmas season celebrating fresh arrangements of favorite carols, adding in new songs from time to time. The concert will have reflective moments both triumphant and tender that tell the Christmas story and accompanied by a semi-professional chamber orchestra. Come one and all! Let's Sing His praises together!

Poinsettias to adorn the sanctuary over the Christmas season are available for purchase in memory or in honor of a loved one or friend. Cost is $25. Sign up below and mail your check made payable to PUMC with "Poinsettias" in the memo line to the church. The dedication will be included in the December 18 bulletin.

All youth 6th-12th grade are invited to the Youth Christmas Party on December 11 at 5pm. Contact Thomas McDow for more details.

Make plans to join us for one of the Christmas Eve services at the Fair Barn. There will be a Family Service at 3pm and Communion & Candlelight services at 5pm and 7pm. The Christmas Eve offering will go to Family Promise this year.
