This Week @ FBC Griffin Kids
This past Sunday we studied Luke 19:1-10. Talk together about the changes Zaccheaus experienced. How surprised do you think his neighbors were after he ate with Jesus? How did he share God's love?

Take some time this week to talk about times you've been surprised by positive changes in another person or even in yourself. How can you spread God's love this week?

Our main passage for Sunday, November 10 is 2 Thessalonians 2:1-5, 13-17. Other passages for study include Job 19:23-27a, Psalm 17:1-9, and Luke 20:27-38/
Don't miss out on Lunch Bunch!
Lunch Bunch is taking a break this week as we set up for Fall Festival, but Sarah is headed to [insert your school here] this Wednesday!

You can sign up by clicking on the picture above, which will take you to our linked page on Sign Up Genius. Signing up helps Sarah know who to tell the front office at each school who she is there to see and follow each school's protocol for visitors. You can also help by:
  • Making sure Sarah is on the "approved adult list" for your child, if that's a school requirement.
  • Giving your child's teacher a heads up that Sarah is coming. Sign Up Genius will send you a reminder email a few days before your Lunch Bunch date.
Vacation Bible School 2020
We are re-evaluating our plans for Vacation Bible School next summer and want your input! Whether you are a parent or a potential volunteer, please click the graphic below to answer three simple questions.

Your response will help us know what is needed and what we are able to do. VBS 2020 dates and times will be shared in December based on the results of this brief survey.
Call for Children and Students to Lead in Worship
One of the things we hear most from across our church family is how thankful and proud they are of the ways our children and students lead in worship. Take a look at the available dates and scriptures in both Celebration and Connexion, and sign up today !

We still have Sundays available through the end of the year. On December 8 in particular, we will need four leaders in Celebration as part of the Lessons and Carols service.
Click the graphic above or below to register for either or both events today!

Passport Kids is open to those that have completed grades 3-5. A $50 deposit is due by Wednesday, January 29. The balance is due June 15, 2020. Scholarships are available.
